1. About Paddock Cars

Paddock Cars (“we”, “us”) operates paddockcars.com, a marketplace platform enabling private individuals and dealers to list Porsche vehicles for sale and connect with potential buyers in the UK. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

2. Listings

• All listings must be accurate and complete. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.
• Listings must be for Porsche vehicles only.
• We review every listing before it goes live. We reserve the right to decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Private sellers may have one free active listing at a time. Dealers require a paid subscription.

3. Transactions

Paddock Cars is a marketplace platform only. We do not take part in transactions between buyers and sellers, hold funds, or provide any warranty on listed vehicles. All transactions are directly between the buyer and seller. We strongly recommend independent vehicle inspections before purchasing any used car.

4. Enquiries

Enquiry messages are delivered directly to the seller. By submitting an enquiry you consent to your contact details (name, email, phone) being shared with the relevant seller.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@paddockcars.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Dealer subscriptions

Dealer accounts are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual property

The Paddock Cars name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the seller. By listing on Paddock Cars you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

Paddock Cars provides the platform “as is” and accepts no liability for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, inaccuracies in listings, or platform downtime.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
